The article substantiates the role of the below-stated terms in formation of the professional values of prospective cadastre engineers in the process of foreign language’s study. The pedagogical terms include: inclusion of certain topics in the programme of the educational discipline of «Foreign Language», which would make it possible to form professional values; systematic usage of combined interactive methods of education in the process of foreign language training democratic style of interaction between teachers and students; personal approach to students; establishment of learning and developing environment.
